About the event
Join us on 27 May, the 30th Anniversary of BCSD Australia as its Chair, Dr John Hewson, reflects on 30 years of challenge, conundrum and (sometimes) chaos that is the Australian struggle with the sustainable development agenda. Australia is facing three pressing challenges: the climate emergency, the loss of nature and growing inequality.
In declaring that now is the time for Australia to have a strategic agenda for this decade and beyond, one in which business has a mindset shift to a wholesale transformation of everything we have grown up with, you will hear of a the pathway for that transformation and how Australian business can play a purposive role.
You will also get an exclusive first look at how BCSD Australia is choosing to play a leading role in the transformations toward 2050, working together with governments, regulators, investors and all people.
