Peter Bakker, President and CEO of the World Business Council for Sustainable Development, honoured the memory of Fiona Wain when he delivered the 5th Annual Oration established in her name.
Peter electrified and galvansied the more than 300 attendees with his insights on the opportunities for Australian business to take charge and find scalable solutions to climate change and the broader sustainable development agenda while warning them of the risks to Australia's competitiveness and reputation if there was no substantive action taken soon. Peter's Oration was followed by a question-and-answer session with Chair-elect of BCSD Australia, Dr John Hewson.
